The goods are sent within Estonia by parcel machine and courier service.

If the goods are available, shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the customer within 2-3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract (after payment for the goods in the e-store). If the product is out of stock and the product is on backorder, the product will arrive at the destination specified by the customer within 7-9 working days.
Deliveries are delivered to the customer by FulFilly OÜ.

Orders placed in the BerryShop e-store are handled on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If the order is placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m., the order will be processed on the following Monday. As a rule, all orders are fulfilled within three working days after receipt of payment. If the goods ordered by the customer are out of stock in the e-store by that moment, we will immediately inform the customer about this and let them know the arrival time of the new goods or, if desired, return the money paid for the goods.
