Freeze-dried Cheddar cheese is packaged in cans made from recycled plastic. In addition to the plastic lid, all jars have an additional freshness membrane under the lid, which always keeps the cheese pieces dry and under vacuum. This means that all our products stay fresh and delicious for as long as possible. If you like cheese, try other freeze-dried cheeses – Emmental or the healthier Memel cheese with jalapeno .
After the jars have been opened, they can be hermetically resealed with the lid, but note that the jars must be kept completely dry. It would be advisable to consume the cheese pieces within 3-4 weeks, as they absorb moisture from the air even if you only have time to open the jar lid.
