Why prefer freeze-dried parsley?
Freeze-dried parsley contains several important nutrients such as vitamins A, K and C. It is also a good source of minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium.
Freeze-dried parsley is a popular herb that is often used in cooking. It is usually used, for example, to flavor soups, salads and fish recipes. Parsley is included with other well-known herbs such as thyme and laurel bouquet garni (in French – bouquet garni, which is very popular in Mediterranean food culture. Storage
Freeze-dried parsley should be stored in an airtight jar, in a cool and dark place (away from sunlight) and in a dry place.
